10.0Locația, curățenia, spațiul suficient pentru o familie de 4 persoane, existența unei bucătării dotate cu frigider și plită electrică (+ tacâmuri, farfurii, pahare, căni, ustensile de gătit, fierbător de apă, espressor, toaster, sandwich maker, mini aspirator), minibar (sucuri, bere, apă, capsule de cafea, pliculețe de ceai, biscuiți), baie dotată cu mașină de spălat și produse de igienă (gel, șampon, hârtie igienică, saci menajeri).
