Lovely hotel in a great location
9.0Perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and large for the centre of London and had air conditioning which was very comfortable considering we went when the weather was so hot. Lovey bar area and the guy behind the bar was very friendly.
− Nothing really other than we booked a twin room expecting 2 full size singles but we got a double bed and a sofa bed which was a little uncomfortable.

9.0Clean, soft beds. Shower was the perfect size with excellent water temperature.
− When we arrived for breakfast there was no one there to greet us. we didn't get the full load down of what we could order. normally you would have a toaster on the side but we weren't told you had to ask for the toast to be done.
