9.0L'emplacement près de la yamanote et la propreté de la chambre. C'est un peu petit mais très bien agencé et surtout on y a fait que dormir.

Not happy with storage arrangement.
4.0Good location near Station
− Bookings from 17 to 21/6 then 24 to 26/6/2027 (break 2 nights) went to Hakone 22-24/6/2027 so need to store my luggage in hotel storage for 2 nights before return from Hakone but hotel do not allow me to store my luggage. Last minute I have no choice but to book a single room on 22 & 23/6/2026 just to store my 2 luggage. Reception personnel say only can store for a few hours i.e. if leaving on the same day.

7.0Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, mir wurde immer geholfen bei allen Problemen oder Fragen. Die Betten waren bequem. Von den oberen Stockwerken hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war ganz okay.
− Es gibt 4 Waschmaschinen und eigentlich 4 Trockner (eine war defekt) im gesamten Gebäude, was Abends extrem zu Warteschlangen geführt hat. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, ist aber in Tokyo nicht anders zu erwarten

9.0Metroya yakın olması çok iyiydi. Odanın temiz olması, her gün temiz havlu bırakmaları sevdiğim özelliklerinden biriydi. Otele yakın market ve metro istasyonu içerisinde pastane ürünleri alabileceğiniz bir yer bulunmakta.
− Çok eşyanız varsa odaların küçüklüğü hareket alanınızı kısıtlayabiliyor.
