The staff is so helpful, the facilities are great, so clean, the room was bigger than the average rooms in Tokyo; the buffet breakfast was fantastic, pretty much the same options everyday but it’s really good. I had a great experience overall staying here and would definitely book it again.

Great Location. Very Small Rooms.
3.0Location of the hotel was great and buffet breakfast was good.
− The room was awful. Booked a Standard Double Room. The room was tiny, with a small double bed pushed up against the wall. No way two adults can sleep well in a bed that small. Had to pay extra AU$150 a night to upgrade to a bigger room so we had the space we needed.
Good to know
Only the Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate baby cots and extra beds.
