− Last minute booking arriving after 8pm. Hadn’t received number to open key lockbox. One bedroom had a sheet on the bed with a blood stain. Apartment was cold and there weren’t any spare blankets or duvets.
Spacious and convenient location but need a lot of upgrades. Host can be better at communicating.

− The apartment could put a little more effort into touching the bathroom up. Cabinets are falling out and multiple terrible tears and wears. It was advertised as 2 bedrooms and 2 bath apartment but when we got there, one of the bathrooms had the out of order sign. It wasn’t communicated to us prior to arrival at all. The 8 of us had to use just 1 bathroom (which definitely needs an upgrade and the sink was very clogged) No baby crib was not set up even though that was an additional charge. Host also charged some of additional fees on our card without communicating.

− תחזוקה לקויה החלק התחתון במטבח מתפרק, אין מקום לתלות מגבות בכלל, טלויזיה השלט לא עובד לא ניתן להפעיל אותה, בחלק מהחדרים אין חשמל ליד המיטה להטעין טלפון נאלצנו לבטל שקע של חימום להטעין בו, כריות ומצעים לא נוחים, מקלחת טוש קטנה לחץ מים נמוך הידית לקויה ואין איפה לשים שמפו או סבון רק על הרצפה, ספות לא נוחות, 3 גרמי מדרגות לעלות בלי מעלית עם מזוודות קשה

6.0L'emplacement au coeur de Londres, la taille de l'appartement, le confort des chambres
− La 2ème salle de bains, bien nécessaire pour 8 personnes, était fermée à notre arrivée et inaccessible. N'ayant pas été prévenus nous avons dû téléphoner pour avoir des explications. On nous a répondu qu'il y avait eu une fuite et qu'elle ne serait pas réparée avant notre départ. La moindre des choses aurait été de nous avertir et de mettre plus de produits de toilette à disposition, voire même de nous offrir une compensation. Cela a un peu gâché notre séjour.
