− Noise because it’s near the airport nothing you can do about that really.

1.0− I wasn't able to make my stay because the staff told me my reservation was canceled. After a long back and forth with that i had to attempt to get ahold of someone from booking.com because they messed up my reservation. I tried calling the customer service number, got an ai thing, then when it went to send me to an actual person, i got hung up on EVERY TIME. Absolutely furious with this company and will never use them again.

− They did not honor my confirmed reservation. After arriving at 2am, due to flight delays, I was told they did not have any rooms available despite my confirmed booking with booking.com
