10.0Excellent hotel in a great location at Potsdamer Platz. The staff were courteous and professional and accommodated every request quickly and graciously. Rooms were clean and quiet, and the facilities are of a very high standard. My only regret is skipping breakfast, which in hindsight is worth booking in advance. Would happily return.
