5.0Location is great with bus stop and metro near by. There are nice eateries nearby, however for the cost, the general hotel is pretty average. I got an extra 2 hours for checkout time. That was really nice of FourPoints Sheraton. The swimming pool, gym are all very average. I wish I had taken another hotel in a different area and that would have been more value fr money

Four Points continues to provide excellent staff in a good location.
9.0Excellent helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Hotel in a good location with access to MRT. Access to good restaurants and a pleasant walk along the river.
− Would like a sheet option with the bedding as I find sleeping with doonas too hot.

8.0I liked the free breakfast buffet it was so delicious also I liked the bed it was a king size bed and so comfortable
− No Netflix or YouTube on the tv and the shower stall was kind of small

8.0− La teservation faite pour une chambre avec un queen bed sieze je me suis retrouvé avec un une chambre avec 2 lits xe qui a entaché le confort de meq premiers jours. J'ai du changé apres mais la chambre reçu était petite pour 2 personnes.
