Room was so small we couldn’t fit

− 5pm only check in made it useless for us.
Location is great, rooms comfortable, cost way too high
9.0Clean, tidy, had all the essentials, really lovely staff who went above and beyond to help us out, location.
− Cost was too high for what you get. Also couldn’t manage to turn the temperature of the room higher than 18 degrees even though I set it to 22 and follows the instructions given. We were too tired and jet lagged to get staff to help but would’ve been nice to have a room that wasn’t freezing.
