10.0The location is very convenient, central in the city and many trains nearby. We loved the bathroom, sink, and shower each having their own separate door. The large bean bag in the room was a big hit with our kids, as was the freezer of ice cream and fridge of free drinks! This was my kids favorite hotel in Japan. My son loved the origami station in the lobby. Breakfast in the Pasela Living is simple but we mostly went to the neighboring hotel that had more extensive options. It was a good breakfast.
− Virtual check in and only one hour per day of staff presence. We had to plan ahead to store luggage.

− We tried to run the jets on the bathtub and once we did, the jets had a weird smell coming out of it, making the whole bathroom smell. That was my only complaint about the property.

8.0It was clean and has karoke in the room, if you want use it. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The hotel provided water, tea, orange, and sparking water bottles daily in the room. There is a light daily breakfast. My husband and eldest loved the curry rice. I loved the dried soup and tea flavor package options. My favorite is the miso seaweed soup and honey lemon tea bag!
− The low sitting table was hard for us adults with bad knees and hips. We had a hard time getting up, so I sat on the bed only. I burned my arm by accident from the water kettle steam reaching for over to get a tea bag from the tray. I had to go to find a health clinic on our own.
