− Many things went wrong during our stay at this hotel. My partner and I chose this place to relax before our flight home, but unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the room looked nothing like the photos. The air conditioner was extremely loud. When I asked the staff about it, they told me it was “normal.” I find that hard to believe, as I have stayed in many other hotels and never experienced anything like this. According to the staff, this is simply how the air conditioners work here. I booked a four-night stay but could only tolerate one night. Less than 24 hours after checking in, I had to book another hotel because staying here was impossible. The room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke, the bed was so hard that it caused back pain, and the pillows were of very poor quality—not what I would expect from a hotel charging this price. To make matters worse, the shower was broken and could not be used properly. When I requested a refund, it was denied. I work in the hotel industry myself, so I understand that issues can happen. However, the level of service and overall experience here was far below acceptable standards. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Overall, I was very happy and would gladly recommend Güner Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I recently stayed at Güner Business Hotel in Istanbul and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling, especially during breakfast service. Whenever I had a problem or request, they responded quickly and found a solution immediately, which made me feel very well looked after. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. The hotel's service and hospitality were definitely the highlights of my stay. Thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality.

− The only issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi, which occasionally stopped working and needed to be reset. A few times I had to contact reception, but they were always quick to help and resolve the problem.

Güzel ve temiz bir yer. Konumu mükemmel. Kahvaltı için bi şey söyleyemiyorum, çünkü deneme fırsatım olmadı.

− Odamda klima vardı, güzel soğuttu, fakat bugünkü standartlara göre en düşük hızda bile çok gürültülü. Bir de, ne olur, lavabolara şu naftalin kokulu topları koymayın. Gerçekten hoş değil. Bunların kokusu çok ağırdır ve böyle güzel bir tesise yakışmaz. Ancak bir tersane tuvaletinde olur ;)

Clean and great staff. Simple but good breakfast.

− The room, despite a sign indicating cleaning, was not cleaned. I had to wait until the hotel’s door was closed at night to enter.

− La Colazione inizia alle 08:00 del mattino che è troppo tardi per un viaggio di lavoro Le camere non sono pulite e dentro l’odore non è gradevole
