− Could do with a freshen up, check in process fine except filling in form that could be send prior to arrival.
Worst place we have ever stayed. Very over priced and will 100% never stay there again
1.0Staff were rude and unresponsive to phone calls When we did eventually get through and asked for directions they were very rude and non understanding
− Nowhere near Camden Lock. The room was very dated and dirty. Massive stain on the sofa. Room was very hot as there was no AC. No plugs in the bath or sinks and the shower was constantly hot with no means to add cold
