10.0This hotel was a real surprise, I only stayed one night but I would stay again, it’s not fancy or luxurious, but it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I think you could almost eat off the floors and it is a one room and shared bathroom but on the floor I was on the fifth floor. I counted three bathrooms on that floor and the bathroom was right across from my room. It was literally two steps from my door to the bathroom. It’s mainly quiet but you can’t hear when somebody’s in the hall. I’m not a person that needs a bunch of fancy things. I just wanna clean room and a clean bathroom and that’s all I needed. I would definitely stay again. The location of the hotel also there’s very walkable. I was going to a concert at Madison Square Garden and I literally could walk everywhere I needed to go.

6.0Reception staff was welcoming. The mouse in our room was not. We were downsized to a different room and not updated floor due to the mouse so we didnt get the room or services we paid for. I have contact Expedia and was told its up to the Hostel (not a Hotel) to decide if they want to reimburse me for my troubles and room change.
