10.0Prachtig hotel midden in het oude centrum van Madrid. De kamer was prettig en het bed van hoge kwaliteit. Heerlijk ontbeten!
− De fitnessruimte is een beetje out-dated en het was leuk geweest als er een rooftopbar was geweest.

9.0Le Palace Hôtel à Madrid est une adresse véritablement emblématique. Son lobby sous sa spectaculaire verrière offre une atmosphère grandiose, parfaitement complétée par un emplacement idéal et un personnel aux petits soins. Si l'absence de piscine peut être regrettée, la qualité exceptionnelle de la conciergerie et l'excellence du service en font une expérience inoubliable. Un séjour de haut standing, presque parfait !

− Buchung ging erst mal schief. Speiseauswahl im Restaurant gering. Im Zimmer, in der Bar und im Restaurant fast gleich.

− Staffs can be trained better. They took away glasses and didn’t replace them. And some miscommunications at the reception
