Pleasant stay at the Bosphorus
10.0Apartments are roomy, well equipped. We received the apartment with the exact requirements we asked for, and they took our notes into consideration. Staffs are professional and nice, and always check up on guests if they need anything. Room was ready when we arrived on time without delays although it is a busy season. Breakfast is delicious with all expected options.

5.0The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient.
− The bathroom was not comfortable. The shower area was poorly designed, and water from the sink tap splashed everywhere, making the floor wet and inconvenient.
