Big disappointment
4.0The only good thing about this apartment is its location. It's close to bus stations, you can walk to some really nice restaurants and that's it.
− Photos on the booking look really nice, the price felt okay for this and I thought that it will be nice apartment for trip to such a monumental city. But when my husband and me arrived after late flight, we found out that the room didn't have any closet, there was no space to leave our luggage (so it had to be in front of the door and we were stepping over it everytime we went outside), and the bed was too small for an average balkan people (husband 187cm and me 173). Showering in the afternoon meant no cold water, so just hot water on 35 celsius.. The walls are too thin so if somebody enters the building, you hear it. You could also hear the fridge from other apartment working and making some weird noises, which even my husband heard and he sleeps really strong.
Overall, it’s a great stay in Rome and it provides many of the necessities for a short stay.
7.0The accomodation was really well located, close to lots of attractions. I found the bed super comfy and the aircon was amazing in the summer heat. The staff were lovely, especially Federico.
− The listing is slightly deceiving as the rooms are quite small. The walls are quite thin, however, nothing ear plugs can’t fix. Some things could be tided up, for example exposed plumbing pipes in the bathroom, but nothing major.
Tolles Zimmer in guter Lage
10.0Die Lage war sehr schön . Zur Engelsburg und zum Petersdom waren es nur ein paar Schritte und über die Engelsbrücke war man schnell in der Stadt. Metro und Bus waren auch nicht weit weg! Das Zimmer lag im Innenhof und wir bekamen vom Verkehr nicht mit! Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden und haben alle Info erhalten

9.0The housekeeper was lovely! He was very helpful and friendly and explained everything we needed to know very well. The location was great and in walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome.
− The only very small complaint we have is it was slightly dusty in the room but we didn’t complain as it didn’t really matter! Other than that it was perfect!
Disappointing
4.0The staff member, Christopher, was very kind and helped us bring our suitcases in.
− The room is a bit dark and dingy. The bathroom needs painting especially the windowsill and windows. The main showerhead is cracked and didn’t work and I had to use rubber bands to hold the shower wand up to use as a shower head. Floor needs to be repaired by the window next to the bed. The small refrigerator made a noise and we had to unplug it at night to sleep.
