A great place to stay in New York
10.0I have honestly lost track of the amount of times we have stayed at this hotel and we honestly would not stay anywhere else in New York. The staff are all lovely and will always go above and beyond to talk to you or help you and they are a true credit to the management team. I can not name you all but Andrea, Jeff, Chrystal, Garfield, Sybil, Nicole and Bilau you are a true credit to this hotel. The hotel is in the perfect place to explore all of New York. Right near Grand Central Station. Hotel bar is amazing and was a great place to watch the World Cup and relax with a drink and a meal. We will be back in November to see you all for Thanksgiving.
Staff members very gentle and polite. Criystal and the concierge ( Garfield?) in particular!
