10.0You can't ask for a much better location close to Galata tower. It backs right onto the famous street. Excellent location to explore the rest of Beyoglu. It is family owned hotel and the owner was very polite and helpful. Breakfast is at a restaurant right in front of the tower which was very nice. Lovely boutique style hotel with a charming flair.

7.0− The hotel is visibly in good condition, the rooms are acceptable. The location is great, but it also brings problems with it. There is no chance of falling asleep before 2-3 in the morning, everything that passes under the hotel is as if it is inside the room. The joinery is 100 years old and as if it does not exist. For 3 nights I ordered one cleaning and it was at 10 in the morning at the reception, I also left a cleaning sign on the door, we come home after 5 hours and the room has not been touched yet. The explanation is that they start cleaning at 3 pm, how can this happen when your check-in is at 2 pm. A very contradictory hotel, I would never repeat it again!!!

− You will not see the Galata tower from your room and street where the enter to the hotel is. The only way to see the tower is to live on the third floor with balconies where windows look to the other street. So many pictures of the hotel don’t tell truth.

10.0I’m really happy that i chose this hotel for our stay in Istanbul. Everything was great: very kind and polite staff, hospitality, delicious breakfast, room, perfect location. Room interior is so calm and cozy, and everything was clean. Definitely i’ll choose this hotel for my next stay, thank you! Keep up the good work
