10.0El alojamiento fue increíble, tanto todo el personal como las instalaciones. El personal del hotel super atento en todo momento y amable, sin palabras. El desayuno muy variado y muy bueno y los servicios del hotel excelentes. Todo el equipo del hotel, tanto el trato como los servicios fueron excelentes, especialmente Ozkan de recepción. Recomiendo muchísimo el hotel, todo perfecto. La ubicación es excelente y muy céntrica y el personal super súper amable. Repetiríamos sin duda nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Pell Palace.

9.0Отличный отель с прекрасным сервисом! У отеля замечательное месторасположение: всего 2 минуты пешком до трамвайной остановки, а главные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Вокруг очень много ресторанов, кафе и магазинов, что делает отдых еще более комфортным. Особенно хочу отметить персонал отеля — это люди, которые действительно заботятся о своих гостях. Все наши просьбы выполнялись очень быстро: принести утюг в номер, заменить карту и другие мелочи. Сотрудники всегда были жизнерадостными, приветливыми, улыбчивыми и очень внимательными. Для меня это очень важно, потому что именно такое отношение создает ощущение уюта и заботы. Очень удобно, что есть возможность оставить чемодан до заселения. В номерах проводится ежедневная уборка, раз в пару дней меняют постельное белье, что приятно удивило. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, каждый день появлялось что-то новое. Во время поездки я заболела, и персонал пошел нам навстречу: разрешили моей маме принести мне завтрак в номер. Это еще раз подтвердило, насколько здесь внимательно относятся к гостям. Отдельное спасибо за невероятно трогательный сюрприз в последний день нашего пребывания — сотрудники подготовили тортик и открытку. Я забрала ее с собой и обязательно буду вспоминать ваше гостеприимство с теплотой. Также нам подарили приятные подарки, что стало прекрасным завершением отдыха. Когда мы снова будем в Стамбуле, обязательно вернемся именно к вам! Искренне рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ценит удобное расположение и по-настоящему заботливый персонал. ❤️
− Выбирайте номер во двор. Мы жили в номерах во двор и на главную улицу, так вот номер на главную улицу гораздо шумнее. Такси отказываются подъезжать непосредственно к отелю, лучше заказывайте трансфер в отеле.

8.0Enjoyed our stay at this place. The staff were super friendly and helpful and this made up for any shortcomings in the hotel. Shoutout to Kaan! We had 2 stays in Istanbul during our trip and chose to come back to this hotel on our second coming to the city. The staff kindly agreed to hold our bags for a few days till we got back. The location is great and very close to a metro stop making it easy to get around. Diverse breakfast options so you will for sure find something you like to eat.
− Drinks at breakfast can be improved. Juice is too concentrated and artificial. Water tank is not very cold and doesn't always get replaced quickly enough. It would be great if turkish coffee can be served :) The beds weren't bad but not super comfy. The room didn't have a queen bed but rather 2 double / full beds put together. In our first stay, I noticed that under the bed wasn't cleaned. A lot of dust was there and socks that weren't ours were left there. Room was a little bit tight and not much storage space to leave bags, or to put clothes, or to store bathroom essentials (toothpaste, toothbrush, etc). I'd also recommend the hotel to invest in better irons and ironing boards for guests who want to iron their clothes. The iron we were given to iron our clothes wasn't the greatest.
