10.0L’accueil du réceptionniste qui suite au fait qu’il avait un problème a trouvé la réservation a été reactif on nous installons au bar avec une boisson offerte un petit geste que j’ai bcp apprécié car on était fatigué et il lui a fallu 15 min pour trouver la solution
