Una decepción. La habitación estaba destrozada, las luces no funcionaban y el ruido era insoportable
1.0− - La habitación no se parecía a las fotos, ni un poco. - La luz del baño no funcionaba - Los enchufes estaban al descubierto y rotos - debajo hay un bar que hace mucho ruido. Los anfitriones del hotel lo saben, y nada más ir a recepción me dijeron que lo cierran a las 23:00, que a esa hora debería acabarse el ruido. No fue así, hasta más de las 00:00 estuvieron haciendo ruido.

− Air conditioning unit leaking over bed headrest all night. ( check in staff did tell us at check in it had been faulty and repaired. We were out all day and didn’t arrive back until midnight so unable to tell staff. )

7.0La struttura è in ottima posizione, a due minuti da Liverpool street (fermata di metro e autobus, stazione di treni da e verso l'aeroporto). La reception è aperta dalle 9 alle 21 e ci è stato permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check. La camera nel complesso è carina e dotata di tutti i confort.
− Le pareti esterne sono completamente vetrate, quindi la stanza tende a surriscaldarsi e, per avere un po’ di privacy, è necessario tenere le tende chiuse. È comunque presente l’aria condizionata. Segnalo, soprattutto per i turisti italiani, che a terra c'è la moquette.
