Muy buen hotel.
10.0Excelente experiencia. El hotel fue cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado, con un personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Nueva York. ¡Totalmente recomendado!
Breakfast was complete, really good location

− We booked our stay for five and we had only two beds, really small space. They gave us an inflatable matress that barely fitted the room, we could not open the door. Housekeeping was bad, one day housekeeping only made one of the two beds and left the other undone and bathroom left uncleaned.

− Young lady in the front wasn’t too helpful. I waited for them to bring the coffee over and she said she didn’t know. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes and she wasn’t much help. Everyone else was very helpful. This happened Sunday morning
