10.0The room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was on good shape, and the private pools are especially nice for a couple retreat. The staff was very friendly and attended, tried to help and assist in everything, super fast and proficient. The pool was a little dirty so we were upgraded and the room was great. The hotel itself has anything you need, from transportation to household and other services . The hotels main pool was also nice and the staff always check every visitors to make sure you are safe. The only downside is the distance from the main part of dubai

10.0The hotel was amazing and the staff was great as well. Get free access to the Palm Jumeirah if you need the beach. My stay was very delightful they have everything on the property is you need a club or food.
Frustrating Delays and Low Food Quality
2.0Disappointed with my stay. The room service was extremely slow — it took at least 45 minutes every time we asked for something simple like towels or drinks. The food quality was also below expectations. Overall, not the standard I expected from this hotel.
