9.0Host response was quick and was able to address all our queries. Apartment was clean and air conditioning was perfect. It has 3 bedrooms so It could accommodate 6 adults easily. Location is walkable to the boat station riva de biasio so no need to lift the luggage over the stairs. Very near to Venezia Lucia Train station so time saver. Well.connected to market and main attractions can be reached by the boats.
− It has only 1 toilet/bathroom which is the case with most of the house in Europe. Finding the apartment first time is a bit tricky but the you will get used to it.
Perfect stay! The apartment was spacious, well-furnished, and in a great location. Great host!

9.0Очень уютные, чистые апартаменты с тремя отдельными спальнями и гостиной, отдельной кухней. Расположение супер, недалеко от вокзала Санта Лючия. На встретил Альберто, очень приветливый хозяин, подсказал некоторые места в Венеции, разрешил уехать чуть позже обеда 8 марта это был просто подарок !
− Всё идеально, но в марте был очень холодный пол, хорошо, что мы взяли тёплые носки)
Perfect for an easy access to the city
8.0Alberto was a very good host! Responsive and has great recommendations. Is a short walk from the bus station and even with a big suitcase it was comfortable to arrive. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is big and has everything you'd need. It's on the first floor so only one flight of stairs.
− A bit noisy if you get the bedroom next to the street but there are other two that face an inner courtyard. We had some issues to understand the water pressure/temperature of the shower.
