− Air conditioning very noisy and can not be lowered needs attention and to upgrade air conditioning system Also the elevators are very slow and old waiting a lot for the elevator

5.0Die Lage und das Bett
− Lautstärke außerhalb, unfreundliches Personal an der Reception, Frühstück dass die Bezeichnung nicht verdient…( ein Croissant und einen Kaffee… alles andere kostet extra.. ein Sandwich gleich mal 17 USD..) Die Räumlichkeiten in dem man sein Frühstück einnimmt sind auch ziemlich Panne.. wie eine Wartehalle… Pappdeckel als Teller, Pappbecher zum Trinken… an einem Tag gab es mal gleich gar nichts.. erst ab 10.00 usw. usw…. Mag sein dass das in NewYork normal ist.. aber kulturloser kann man sein „Frühstück“ nicht einnehmen. Das Zimmer war außerdem auf den Bildern wesentlich größer als unser Zimmer
