Excellent location, exceptional staff and a wonderful stay. I would happily return
9.0The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone, from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant team, was warm, professional and genuinely helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location is excellent for exploring London on foot or by public transport. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality food, and the room service breakfast on my final morning was beautifully presented. Overall, the hotel offers excellent service and great value for money.
− The only disappointment came on my final morning when I found a hair in my smoothie and another in a second drink during breakfast. I reported it immediately, and while the staff handled it professionally, it was unfortunate because the breakfast experience had otherwise been consistently excellent throughout my stay. I also found the gym fairly small and limited compared to what I would expect from a luxury hotel.
