8.0Great place to stay. Close to tube station and right in the grounds of Chelsea football stadium. Room clean, bed a little hard. Only 2 critics was some of breakfast items were over cooked, and fire alarms went off at 2am and woke everyone up and we were panicked.

4.0Air conditioning didn’t work despite 3 requests. Was given a fan. Remote control did t work despite 2 requests. Eventually given another from another room. No soap for shower (only in wall by sink). Towels old and worn. Bed uncomfortable. Expensive.
