10.0Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah is a great hotel with clean rooms, a relaxed atmosphere, and outstanding service. Reception staff, especially Viktoriya, were welcoming and helpful. Santos at the pool was always smiling, hardworking, and kept everything spotless. Teresa, Gamal and the bar/restaurant team provided attentive service without disturbing guests. A special mention to the security team for their incredible help in finding a lost cellphone within one hour, even though it was lost outside the hotel. Truly impressive service. Highly recommended!

10.0I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. A special thanks to Faizan and Viktoriya at the front desk for their professionalism, warm welcome, and willingness to help throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet team also deserves special recognition for being attentive, friendly, and accommodating our special requests without any hesitation, which truly made our mornings enjoyable. The bathrooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the half-open shower door design caused water to spill across the entire bathroom floor, creating a recurring mess and inconvenience. Improving this design would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. With a few improvements—particularly around the shower design—this hotel has the potential to deliver an even better experience.
