− The bed, dead springs and sitting on pinewood. No bed bugs though! Very small room, glad it was only me staying.
Very peaceful area to sleep in after busy day sightseeing
9.0Very comfortable and quiet location. Blackout curtains and air con made it comfortable temp to sleep in. Slept really well. Quick replies from booking to enquire about arrival. Shower was good and basic kitchen facilities were suitable for snacks and heating up food. 3 flights of stairs ok if just hand luggage. Easy access to room. Easy access to local supermarket and underground.

− Wasn’t the most clean, but good enough for the few days we were there as we literally just used it to sleep and shower. Was missing a lot of inventory from the kitchenette.

2.0Very good location, right off a busy road and close to the tube. The girl at reception was very nice and kind.
− Disgustingly dirty and gross. Insects crawling on the window. A lot of dirt and dust everywhere, spiderwebs in corners. Looked like only the sheets were changed. No cleaning during my stay. Nowhere to put your stuff.
