8.0Muy buena ubicación, a un paso de la calle Fuencarral y la Plaza de Olavide.
− La única "pega" es que no tiene aire acondicionado, pero con los ventiladores de techo fue suficiente para dormir estupendamente.
Agradable estancia en el palacete
10.0La limpieza, la estancia y la localización son maravillosos. Contamos con repetir estancia si volvemos a Madrid. La decoración y ambientación del palacete es súper bonita.

− Llaves virtuales. La dueña me envió link para hacer el check-in. Antes de este WhatsApp me envió un primer WhatsApp donde te informaba sobre el hotel incluyendo un link. Éste primer link es al q yo accedí. Pensando q había q seguir la información de este link reservé habitación. Resumen: pagué dos habitaciones, por lo q el check in fue una locura y la dueña, q sabía q yo había contratado por booking no me decía q también tenía otra habitación con ellos. Por supuesto, cuando lo descubrí la señora me informó q devolución no había y q aunque hubiese pagado dos habitaciones sólo podía disponer de una... 🙄 Una mala experiencia 😟
El Palacete merece la estancia
9.0Quedé muy conforme con la estancia, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. Se llama Palacete por la decoración creo y se nota..Felicitaciones al Palacete, saludos.
