Perfect value for the price, and really hospitable owner
10.0Location close to the tram stop (20 min ride to Centraal Station), awesome breakfast, great amenities, and the most perfect host, André, who keeps it running and is always eager to help. Nice residential area around.
− To get to the bathroom (although it’s your private) you have to go out of the room and open the next door. But it’s the way how the building is constructed and not a big issue, just don’t do it naked. Another thing to note is that there is no elevator, and the stairs are steep so you have to be agile and careful to climb it, definitely won’t work for people with disabilities. Parking lot is more suitable for smaller cars but I managed to park a large one. Everything written above is not a complaint, just something to be aware of before you book.

9.0Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Andre und Arnold haben uns unglaublich toll aufgenommen, waren super freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich bei ihnen vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl. Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, einem wunderschönen Obstsalat und leckeren, frischen Croissants war es einfach perfekt und ein toller Start in den Tag. Die Lage TOP: Die Tram-Station ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sodass man super schnell in der City ist (ca. 20min). Kurz gesagt: Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Wir kommen wieder!!

− Tout Sale, lit non fait, serviettes pas changée, gérant qui sert le petit déjeuner en chaussettes, manque d'hygiène sur les produits du petit déjeuner, escalier étroit en colimaçon...salle de bain sur le palier

10.0André, our host, is the best. Made us feel at home from the beginning. Flexible with arrival time. Very good breakfast. For Amsterdam, the price is fair. 15-minute tram ride to Centraal Station every 7 minutes.🙂

10.0Понравилось месторасположение в очень тихом спальном районе,все было уютно, очень приятный хозяин , всегда был любезен. Завтрак хороший , свежевыжатый сок , сыр, колбаса , выпечка ,помидоры , огурцы, фруктовый салат. Нам было достаточно .
− Ванна находилась вне комнаты , но были халаты в номере удобно чтоб выйти из душа .лестницы очень крутые и узкие если вы крупный человек будет некомфортно передвигаться по ним
