perfect location & helpful staff
9.0- visually pleasing - kind and welcoming staff - perfect location for staying in Venice: very close to the bus station (you can take the airport shuttle from there) and a water bus stop, just a few mins walk to the train station & grocery stores - clean :^)
− - the hallways felt a bit claustrofobic with narrow stairwells&passages and low ceilings - breakfast was just ok, the courtyard seating is nice but for that price i felt the breakfast wasn’t too special
