1.0We stayed for 2 nights and requested staff to clean our room when we went out in the morning. Told her that we forgot to put the sign on the door. She noted down but we came back in the evening, room was in a mess. No cleaning was done, sheets were not changed. The staff at the reception was very rude when my wife questioned! The air conditioner made horrible noise all the time. Water drips from it and there stains on the wall. Room was so congested that we could barely move. I will never stay in that hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay there.
