this hotel may be suitable for a short overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visi
5.0Close to everything
− Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. The staff weren’t as welcoming as we had hoped. We understand they can get very busy, but the check-in experience felt quite cold and lacked the hospitality we expected. One of our biggest frustrations was the hallway. Every time we stepped out of our room or waited for the lift, it felt like a sauna. It made the entire floor feel very uncomfortable and seemed like a poor design choice. The room was also far too small for two people travelling with two large suitcases. While it might be manageable for a single night, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for an extended period. We stayed for eight nights and definitely learned that the hard way. Another downside was the curtains. They don’t fully block out the light because they’re installed several inches away from the window, allowing daylight to stream in around the edges. If you’re a light sleeper or hoping to sleep in, it can be quite difficult to get a proper rest. Overall, this hotel may be suitable for a short overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit.

Disappointing Value for the Price
8.0The location is very convenient, and the night view from the 9th-floor balcony was amazing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
− The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the towels and bathrobes were old and faded. They did not appear clean enough to use, so we chose not to use them. This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my three-weeks trip in Japan, but the condition of the amenities made it feel like it was not worth the price I paid.
