Stayed here for an event at the O2 - lovely easy walk to and from - very clean and comfortable room - great shower and bathroom - all the facilities you need and really lovely staff - really pleased with our choice to stay here

Be warned...booking and cancellation process

Having used this hotel for events before at the O2 this was my go to choice for Lady Gaga. I booked two rooms at £365 per night . I subsequently found an air b and b more reasonably priced and cancelled the booking. What I had not realised is that although I made the booking for two rooms they sent two individual reservations......and I only cancelled one. When the £365 charge hit my card I tried every which way to try and get some credit (being a long standing loyalty club member). The hotel manager would not speak to me or give any credit at all. The hotel receptionist was amazing and tried several times. I then went to the general customer service e mail address. They also were very good however they said it was the hotel managers decision. So yes it was my fault I only cancelled one room but considering my longstanding membership, never having had two separate bookings numbers before, not receiving any reminders that my booking was coming up I am not happy. Also strangely my account did not show the second room - I checked. I cannot prove that as subsequently all my bookings were removed from the hospitality site. So just be aware!!

Perfect location for the O2.

I always stay in this hotel when I visit the o2 arena. It’s a perfect location, just a 15/20 minute flat walk to the o2. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, it’s not noisy, the only time I’ve experienced noise is when someone has been shouting but that’s only been on one occasion when I’ve stayed (I’ve stayed at this hotel 6 times now). The breakfast is always good and has a good variety of options. I have literally no complaints about this hotel. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Good location for the O2!

We stayed as we were going to a concert at the O2. The hotel is a 15-20 min walk from the O2 so a perfect location. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and our room had everything we needed. We had a comfortable stay, and liked that check out was 11am, meaning we did not need to rush. The only thing that let it down slightly was breakfast, but I understand you are cooking for the masses, not the freshest, and the orange juice was very sweet and artificial. I would return if attending the O2 in future.

Lovely Hotel

My sister and I stayed at this hotel last night as we was watching Strictly come dancing at the 02 , after reading some negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive, but there was no need to be , the hotel is in such a great area for the 02 it was a 10 minute walk , as for the hotel the room was very clean , very quiet aswell considering it was on a busy road , we went for breakfast which is was really nice and catered for Gluten free , the food stations were clean and tidy , the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful , we got there to early for check in and they stored out bags for us whilst we went and watched the show X overall I would definitely stay again if we was going to the O2 .

Lovely nights stay

Stayed here for one night, it was a lovely stay, we were seeing a show so got there earlier than we could get room but they have a storage room so left bags in there, all safe as staff have to put a code in to open door. Our room was very clean and had everything in there we needed, tea coffee milk shampoo hand and body wash, very quite you could hear odd cars and sirens outside during the night but nothing to disturb you. Breakfast was nice and hot all buffet style. Would definitely stay again if didn’t a hotel near 02 as it’s only a 10 walk.
