6.0Being an Apartment Hotel the expectation was for the room to have all cutlery and Utensils. This was not the case. A call to request for some was not acted upon, quite dissapointing given this used to be such a good Apartment Hotel. Though the TV system and channels worked very well, wide variety. The concierge team was very helpful corteous always. Restaurant quite disappointed ordered a mixed grill, was not up to standard at all, completely overcooked and dried up.

8.0The hotel is fabulous located within 5 minutes walk of Deira City Centre Mall and the metro station is within 5 minutes walk too. The staff are very friendly, responsive and nice and the rooms are very clean with excellent service. The breakfast is available at property and it’s fairly good though it could do with more continental options. Overall I loved my stay and look forward to going back soon.
