− Morgenmaden var LANGT under niveau for et firestjernet hotel. Der var ikke nok, og det der var, var af ringe kvalitet. Tørt og trist. Udsigt til Peterskirken fra morgenmadsterrassen er direkte usandt - der er ét bord helt ude i enden, hvorfra man kan se kuplen, hvis man strækker sig! Badeværelset er særdeles uegnet for ældre og gangbesværede. Alt i alt er hotellet bare IKKE et firestjernet hotel.

− El hotel realidad está muy bien situado cuatro cuadras en la Vaticano cerca la fruta de Trevi, cerca de todos los monumentos importantes, pero es un hotel viejo Cuèsta vieja de hace 30 40 años y no se ha renovado, cómo va a estar el que tiene toallas limpias, sábanas limpias, los cuartos pequeños, y creo que deben renovarlo ya!!!

− Não gostei do chuveiro, o jato de água era muito fraco, está precisando de manutenção. Quarto muito pequeno.
