9.0Location was extremely convenient to the train station. The neighborhood is quieter than most parts of Rome but convenient enough to walk (or catch a bus) to many major destinations. The hotel staff provided us with a upgraded room at no charge, and they were kind enough to hold on to our bags after check-out while we took in a few last sites before our trains departure. Great experience overall.

− Hotel have disaster sound isolation. Also they don't do refund. All the time you are hearing door slamming, people shouting and other noises. I don't know how this hotel can have 4 stars and this price. I feel like i got scammed for the money.
