8.0Staff was super nice and they helped us accommodating my family of 4 in a proper room.

4.0No one on reception when booking in,one morning trying to leave the key going out. and when trying to check out. The room was tired. The door key did not work on 2 occasions, The lift did not work on floor 5 on 2 occasions.There was no bar which was stated on the information. Hotel security was poor for the times the reception desk was unmanned.It was not a 3 star hotel. The rooms were serviced daily.

10.0Hotel in Great area with easy access to metro. Although only 3 star rooms were clean and sufficient as we were out most of the day. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

10.0We were able to store luggage before checking in and after checking out. There is a lift so no worries if on the 4th floor. There is staff at the desk 24/7 and will schedule airport transportation if asked. Self laundry is right around the corner and there are many small cafes to sit and eat. My only suggestion is to have room refrigerators in working order.
