7.0Posizione comoda, edificio esternamente gradevole. Internamente un po' sotto le aspettative. corridoi strettissimi. Camera piccola ma il letto era molto comodo. Pulizia buona.
− Assolutamente da evitare le camere al piano seminterrato. Hanno odore di muffa e il ristorante a fianco e' rumoroso. Per fortuna abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera e c'era posto al piano terreno.

7.0Wie schon von anderen erwähnt, sind die Betten extrem hoch gebaut, so dass man allerdings seine Koffer darunter schieben kann. Es ist schmaler als normale deutsche Doppelbetten. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz...und lohnt sich nicht zu buchen. Um die Ecke ist ein toller Bäcker und ein uriger Pub. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt!!!
− Die Toilettenspülung von oben war sehr laut im Zimmer 103 zu hören Die Dusche ist winzig und es gibt nur eine Sitzgelegenheit.

8.0Fantastic location, ideal for access to public transport. Hotel was clean & staff friendly.
− The room was ok but little cramped. The bed was unnaturally high, we had to pull ourselves onto the bed, it was above waist height.
Enjoyable stay.
7.0The location is excellent, just 2minutes from Earl’s Court tube station. Lots of shops, restaurants around the area. Rooms have air conditioning which is great as weather so hot. They also have tea, coffee in the room which is great and items replaced daily. Housekeeping is very good.
− The lift only goes to the third floor which meant we had two set of stairs to climb to the 5th floor. So not suitable for anyone with health issues or mobility problems. Also our double bed was so high it felt like you had to be an Olympian to get into it, and considering rooms are small. You had to climb in and slide out. Also bring earplugs if a light sleeper as noise from railway track if room on that side. Water pressure is very bad, just managed to shower could not wash my hair as would be there all day. Also hard to regulate temperature in shower.
