− La chambre est trop petite
J’ai cru halluciner quand on sait que c’est un hôtel 4* et au vu du prix payé. Désolé des termes, mais c’était minable
2.0La climatisation
− - Un lavabo de la taille d’une brosse à dents - la télé.. qui n’est pas en face du lit - des toilettes collés au lavabo, trop peu d’espace - aucuns crochets et emplacements pour déposer ses vêtements pour prendre sa douche - la porte des WC avec des ouvertures des 2 côtés ! - et surtout point crucial : la douche était bouchée !!! Après m’avoir fait payé une taxe, la personne de l’accueil s’est contenté d’un « ah bah je sais pas quoi vous dire ». Merci très professionnel

8.0I liked that the hotel was in a central location yet nestled a pedestrian-only street which meant it was relatively peaceful. It was in a typically elegant Parisian building and the room had a small balcony which was lovely. The hotel actually exceeded my expectations. The foyer’s decor was really appealing with navy and gold furniture. I met tourists without air conditioning in their accommodation so fortunately this hotel has air conditioning which I was a very grateful for during the European heatwave. The hotel is in the theatre district and was also really close to Chartier Bouillon Paris.
− The balcony doors hit the bed when I opened them, it was a bit of a tight squeeze.

10.0Personnel au top qui fait son maximum pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Litterie très confortable. Calme. Enfin une salle de bain avec un vrai miroir grossissant sur un côté! Très très très appréciable ! Délicieuse eau citronnée maison à disposition. Thé de qualité.
− Pas de place dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires. Heureusement la salle de bain donne directement sur la petite table de la chambre. En revanche le miroir de la salle de bain mériterait d'être mieux éclairé.
