Nice hotel, but the unacceptable attitude of one receptionist completely overshadowed my stay.
1.0The hotel has a very good location, and the room itself was comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by the way I was treated by one member of the reception staff.
− During Couture Fashion Week, I was preparing for a luxury fashion show and had my professional makeup artist and hairstylist come to my room to get me ready. This is a completely normal practice in luxury hotels around the world, and I have never experienced any issues before. Unfortunately, one receptionist reacted in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. She raised her voice at me, spoke to me disrespectfully, and repeatedly threatened to cancel my reservation and make me leave the hotel if I did not agree with her. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and intimidating. As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was not consistent with the level of hospitality I expect from a hotel.
