10.0Rooms was clean and comfortable. Like most hotels in Europe the rom was small. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A great lication from which to see the major tourist sites.

8.0Beautiful and comfortable hotel on the edge of Covent Garden. Very convenient location for visiting all the sights. Only complaint is noise from the plaza, overnight rumble from the Underground, and lots of sirens.

8.0The location is the best thing about the hotel, very central to everything (in the middle). Very clean, but rooms are very small. Nice roof top bar/restaurant.
