8.0This is our 3rd time staying at the hotel and it was great. The location can't be beat for our needs. The rooms are spacious and we like having a kitchenette. The added bonus of an insuite washer/dryer combo was great. The only issue we had was that with a 2 level 1-bedroom unit, the bedroom (which was upstairs) didn't have AC, so while the rest of the unit was nice and cool during a London heat-wave, the bedroom got a little toasty. They provided a fan, but it wasn't the same as having AC available in the sleeping quarters.
