Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich und sprach gut Englisch.

− Das Zimmer war alt heruntergekommen- extrem klein und nicht sehr sauber. Keine richtige Bettdecke vorhanden. Jugendherbergen- Style. Mit den Fotos bei booking hat das nichts zutun. Wir sind direkt ausgecheckt und haben dann ein anderes Hotel genommen- ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeit im Arty. Aber ich hätte dort keine einzige Nacht verbracht.

Плюсом стал номер на 5-м этаже с видом на Эйфелевую башню.

− Номер был забронирован с 15 по 22 июля 2026 года. Фактически жили там 7 дней. Был оплачен завтрак. Первые два дня на завтрак были круасаны, булочки, тосты, вареные яйца, сыр, йогурт. Следующие два дня круасанов и яиц не было. Оказывается, оплаченный завтрак был только у нас двоих и просто решили не заморачиваться с ним, типа девочкам и так пойдёт. И каково было наше удивление, когда в последний день на завтрак были оладьи, оливки, помидоры, тосты, круасаны, булочки, сыр. А все потому что заехали много людей с оплаченным завтраком. То есть, будьте готовы к тому, что если мало людей в отеле, завтрак будет плохой. Если много людей с оплаченным завтраком, завтрак будет хороший. Хотя я думаю, количество клиентов с оплаченым завтраком не должно влиять на качество завтрака.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo richiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out, entrambe le volte hanno acconsentito e ci hanno aiutati. Avevamo a disposizione acqua e succhi gratuitamente, davvero ottimo!

− Il bagno era davvero molto piccolo, tanto da non poter chiudere la porta se si era seduti all'interno. Il lavandino era minuscolo, non era possibile lavare il viso all'interno. La doccia, al contrario, era comoda seppur piccolina. Sapevo che il bagno sarebbe stato piccolo, ma la posizione del water era davvero assurda. Mi aspettavo una pulizia più costante, ma hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e messo la carta igienica quando ho fatto richiesta. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno hanno svolto lavori alla strada dalle 7:30 di mattina in poi proprio sotto le nostre due finestre, che ci hanno ovviamente svegliato. Una notte un ospite ha urlato ripetutamente cattiverie e insulti verso l'ostello e il personale. Ci siamo svegliati ogni volta che il suddetto signore iniziava a urlare. La posizione era comoda ma non troppo. Aveva un bus vicino ma le metro a 10/15 minuti a piedi.

Nothing it sucked

− When we first got to the hotel the receptionist gave us literally no information for our room, no instructions or anything. Lift was so small it felt like it was going to break down. We got into the room and it was dead hot, no aircon what so ever. Had one window. When you open the bathroom door it touches the bed, when you have a shower u basically touch the wall, when you go toilet you could probably do your skincare routine at the same time it’s that close. too small of a place, uncomfortable and bad location so far from everything. And also our second night there a man was yelling at 3am in the morning and something and he kept yelling throughout the night and just Kept slurring.
