7.0Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything.
− However, there were a few things I didn’t like. The room had carpeted floors, which didn’t feel very clean to me. The elevator and staircase were also quite narrow, making it a bit inconvenient. The biggest disappointment was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work for 2 out of the 5 nights of my stay. The staff did their best to fix the issue, but unfortunately, because it happened over the weekend, there wasn’t much they could do until the following week.
