9.0Отель расположен в очень удобной локации. Отель не новый, но есть свои преимущества, как наличие террасы с видом на море, где по утрам можно позавтракать, а вечером наслаждаться видом за чаем или кофе (его нам приносил очень учтивый молодой человек из Узбекистана, имя не спросила, к сожалению); удачная локация: примерно в 6 минутах до трамвайной остановки, с любителям ходить пешком, приме 25 минут до Эминоню. Завтраки неплохие, голодными не останетесь. На ресепшен Озгюр был любезен, отзывчив. Молодой человек на сервисе Онур тоже старался быть полезным: вынести или занести чемодан, если во время завтрака что-то из блюд заканчивалось, быстро выносил необходимое.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Artefes Hotel. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful, charming streets. The hotel has a warm and welcoming ambiance. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious food every morning. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. We would especially like to thank Jasur and Ilyas for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!
