冷房は効いていたが、室温調節ができなくて寒かった。はじめ2泊して、それから6泊バスク地方に行き、そして帰ってきてからまた6泊したが、帰ってきた方の部屋がさらに狭かった。こういう事は日本では考えられない。
4.0スタッフが親切だった。 オペラのギャラリーラフアイエットまで徒歩10分くらいで良かった。
− エレベーターは今まで見た中で、1番狭い。エレベーターで、荷物1つがやっと。大きい人は、荷物だけエレベーターで運んでいた。部屋も狭く、冷蔵庫もない。それなのに値段は1泊60,000以上もしたこと。
