2.0I did not travel so non refundable room losses. And rats are running there in corridors from my previous visit.

8.0Regent Palace is a good basic INDIAN driven hotel. Beef was non existent! Many Indian dishes served at breakfast lunch and dinner. Staff was willing but English was a MAJOR issue. Room was adequate but worn. Pool DOES NOT EXIST. I did stay there a month on business and the best thing was the happy hour which was all day!
