Great staff and location, but horrible bed and noise.

− The bed was lumpy. I straighten the sheets, but it was the mattress and the horrible mattress pad. Tiny room even for Times Square hotels. We were next to the elevators. Every time they move, it was very noisy. No place to put a suitcase.

5.0Location was convenient and quite centrally located.
− There is no breakfast apart from plastic cups, juice, and a few cheap muffins. Nothing else is provided. The only coffee available comes from an old, rusty machine. The employee completely ignored the guests, creating a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, this felt like a total scam. P.S. Ms. Jennifer was also rude. While speaking with me, she kept her eyes fixed on her computer screen instead of acknowledging me, making me feel ignored, dismissed, and underestimated. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in a customer-facing role.
